We evacuated to Orlando for Hurricane Helene and this hotel seemed to be a great, pet-friendly place to stay. The pet fee was reasonable so I booked. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately our room had some issues. I had booked a king size bed since I was traveling with my kids, but I was not aware it came with a shower only bathroom that had a half-wall. This would not work when trying to bathe my baby. Staff was great about moving us to a room with a tub, which meant we switched to two queens. No big deal since I really needed the tub...except for the fact that the refrigerator in the room did not work at all. It never got cold and never made ice. I had informed staff about it, but it wasn't fixed during our 2 night stay. Thankfully my daughter's meds could be room temp, but they were "refrigeration preferred." The water pressure in the shower was abysmal which meant I could hardly rinse the soap from my hair and the sink water pressure was extremely low as well. If we were there to spend time at the parks, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but since we ended up just spending large chunks of time in the room, it was an issue.

The breakfast was good and well stocked, the laundry facilities were perfect, and the pool was nice. Only other issue was the parking lot seems to be too small for the capacity at this hotel because it was a struggle to find a spot in the evenings.

We loved our stay here. The room was fabulous and nice and big for our family of 4. The staff was so friendly. The pool is freaking perfect for little ones! Will def be staying here again. Only 2 things I feel could be improved, have more than 1 check in person (she was awesome tho! Super friendly, polite, and professional and got us a room with a coaster view when I asked) and while your breakfast staff was friendly, 30 minutes before breakfast was over they said they were not refilling food anymore (and it was packed! So many people still trying to eat) and they turned off the lights 5 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end with a full dining room. They did end up refilling the food and took the time to bring me what they ended up refilling which was awesome! But it was a little off-putting even though they were friendly about it. No free breakfast I've ever been to in any hotel let the food run out 30 minutes prior to ending and definitely none have ever shut off the lights while people were still there. Minor issues, for sure, but the only things I can think of to be improved upon. Absolutely perfect other than that, thanks for the great stay! Dates 7/28-7/30. Breakfast incident happened on 7/30.

The rooms are very clean and nice. The staff is wonderful and the location is great.
However, the water pressure in the shower was weak, the water didn't get really hot, the pillows on the bed were very, very flat and uncomfortable. We ended up going to buy some pillows. The breakfast was bland. Also, the sinks drained slowly, which I didn't like while brushing my teeth.

The hotel was very nice for our 7 nights stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near by. The pool was clean and warm. I would stay again only when the weather isn't so hot hahahaha. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. One day they didn’t service my room while I was out so it was annoying coming back 930 from the parks and no beds done and not a single towel available because we had used them. We called the desk and first question was did you leave do not disturb sign on and of course we did not. We have two kids who needed to shower and sleep but I got my towels 30 minutes later. I just used the small kitchen towels that I luckily had left over but they were basically the size of my hand and some clothes of my own that needed to be washed. No sense of urgency it seemed. The breakfast closes at 9am. Never seen a breakfast close so early and the seating was so busy that everyone was hovering around tables like bees waiting for people to leave. Maybe it’s so busy because everyone knows they gotta be done by 9? Maybe a system for people waiting for tables would be helpful? When I looked at the beds I got it seems like these stains are a reflection of their lack of care. Pictures attached could have taken more but these are enough to give you an idea. When I checked out most 2 star hotels will ask you how your stay was. I didn’t even get asked and I didn’t bother to speak up because it seems they don’t care anyway. Seems like it’s just get their money and they probably won’t come back for years anyway.

I recently traveled with my family there. Rooms great with a full kitchen, location is perfect with a lot of attractions at close proximity; however, I was deceived, and I hate it. First, when I called the front desk, got transferred to a 3rd party that supposedly helped me find a specific room that was not displayed online. They charged me more than the website and added another $15.99 for the service. When I called that night to confirm my stay, the young lady at the front desk was nasty and hung up on me. When I made it to the Hotel around 2 am my room was not reserved as promised, although it was fully paid for. So the only room available was on the 1st floor.
The young man at the front desk promised to waive the parking fee once he realized that I was so disappointed. Well, today I saw an additional $47.99 charge for parking fee on my credit card.
To the management staff, don't lie to clients, if you can't deliver, don't promise, once you lie to me I'm out. I travel a lot for business especially in Orlando.
