Stunning hotel great location. Ridiculously expensive parking which was not expected. Pay attention to hidden fees. Otherwise great experience for bday weekend. Beds are plush rooms are spacious. Wonderful staff! Relatively quiet too which is a big deal for me. Rooftop bar lounge is beautiful.

Had a lovely stay at the Westin Nashville. They took great care of us. Do note they charge for things moved in the fridge. We took care of that by asking for our own fridge which they brought us for leftovers and cold drinks. Good solution. Nice rooftop pool but too cold for Nov. to swim. Good food and great service.

I think it’s a very nice place. I don’t know where they get their beds from but they are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.
I was there for a conference. It was more than adequate. The rooftop dining is a great idea, but the food is not that good. Neither is the food at the little café in the lobby. Both of those up it would be a Home run. The outdoor pool on top of the roof is heated so that’s nice and we’re still open in October when it was 37° in the morning. The indoor pool is actually much cooler than the outdoor pool and set up for swimming laps. The workout fitness center is great. I didn’t get a massage but they had a wellness center to be able to do that. I have to agree with some of the other comments about parking. They charged me $60 a day. It’s a park a rented Tahoe.
I would recommend anyone to stay here just go somewhere else to eat.

We loved the Westin. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind, professional, and polite. We specifically enjoyed the rooftop lounge/bar. Bryan our bartender was phenomenal. He made an otherwise normal experience so much more fun. The pool was so refreshing. We loved that it was close enough to Broadway and other points of interest but far enough away that the riff raff and noise aren’t an issue. My only criticism is the fact that you cannot use the in-room fridge unless you plan on buying the drinks inside.

Great hotel but not what I'm used to so the 4 stars may be on me. No microwave or usable fridge kills me. I don't need 20 dollar snacks or expensive drinks. Just want a place to put and reheat leftovers. Outside of that, the place is pretty, comfy, and close to Broadway. Rooftop pool is nice but it is in a bar, so don't expect to bring drinks. Still cheaper than nashvill prices and the staff is amazing.

I can't say enough good about this hotel! It is simply outstanding! It has a great location - close enough to Broadway to be within easy walking distance, yet far enough away to be a quiet respite from all the craziness of that area. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. And the staff is superb. I want to give special kudos to Magdi, my breakfast server, Kayla at the front desk, Gillian our server in L27 and Brian our bartender in L27. All provided outstanding service and are true professionals. When we return to Nashville, we'll be staying at the Westin.

Our first time staying at this Hotel. We enjoyed the stay and the view. The management all the way down was 110%.

From the rooftop bar. Our bartender Brittany was exceptional. Food was delicious. View of the city and the pool on the rooftop with cabanas.

Enjoyed the live music. Rooms were clean. Everyone from the front desk to the hostess to housekeeping was pleasant and glad to offer assistance with a smile.

You don’t find this everywhere. We truly appreciated it on a night out without the kids. It was a nice break. We will be back.

I recommend the Westin. Keep up the good work.

I was debating writing a review. Labor Day Weekend quick trip. The hotel is close enough to walk to the main strip, but if your health isn't good, then you might not want to. Plan on having parking money. The room had a great view. I didn't like that there was no microwave or refrigerator that I could use. If you removed any snacks or refrigerator items, you were automatically charged. What happens when a person has meds that need refrigeration? As a business owner who has an article published in Tennessee Highlighter where I recommended the rooftop lounge, now I wish I didn't. Around 4 pm, there were people in the pool, a dj was setting up, and we reserved a table for 7pm outside by the pool. At 7pm there was a line of people waiting for someone to take us to our table. They had us inside, not where we requested. We had to once again wait. The outside pool was closed, and the dj was gone. For a weekend night and a holiday weekend, there was nothing exciting going on, and that was a major disappointment. The whole reason we chose this hotel was for entertainment on the premises. The view was great, the service was great. There was a guest there that slapped the waitresses butt, very rude. Also, a man was using the women's bathroom. That has never happened to me before. I don't plan on using this hotel again. I'm sure I can find a great view at another nearby hotel.
