I came for horror fest and everything was perfect. I flew in from Atlanta so I didn't have and transportation. I was going to walk to get something to eat when "Cassie" recommended they had some pretty good food there. She was right. After a little mishap, let's just say that she went ABOVE & BEYOND to make me feel comfortable. She definitely deserves a raise. The staff was perfect and the weekend stay was one of the best I ever had. Will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself. >:)

This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely beautiful hotel on gorgeous property. The super star is the service, especially the front desk. Alex was truly wonderful! I had some questions last night about my Bonvoy account being on the reservation. He had literally just started his shift and still dove in and helped me! I just stayed at this location for a conference. The issues started rather quickly and escalated but not due to their escalator because there's only 2 available and it broke while there. They advised that it was hitting its max weight limit. We're talking about regular grown ups with one travel size bag. It sounded strange being that they're a corporate hotel. After getting my room I set up all my stuff and after going to a conference all day I came back to my room to discover that my little fridge is broken and nothing was cold. The stuff attempted to give me another fridge. Only then to discover that the AC also didn't work while 100° outside. The night stuff was also very polite and accommodated another room however was 11:30 at night and I was in a tuxedo repacking and moving things to another room on another floor. On top of all of that the conference rooms that were reserved well in advance weren't even cool down before us using it. Even though we had it for the entire weekend. I wouldn't have expected such an undesirable stay at a Sheraton but that's my experience for the weekend. I will say that the food staff were on point and very polite.

Absolutely amazing. 10/10 customer service. Yummy food and good prices. Multiple pools and hot tub to choose from. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Nancy is the best, she makes everyone feel so welcomed and loved. She makes sure your stay is perfect. She’s such a friendly face to see. We keep returning because of the feels and views. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The room looked wonderful however, the information we gave during reservation did not match the information they had at the front desk. This caused some confusion. The sign in the front of the building needs to be fixed. Some of the letters don’t work at all so all you see is, ATON instead of the full Sheraton, I think they make enough money to get that the location is beautiful. It’s right next to a gorgeous park, Riverview.

Our AC went out, and we needed a hotel nearby that was pet friendly. We are so happy we found this hotel. They have no pet fees, generous check-in and out times, and the room and hotel were beautiful and cozy! The female evening staff on 6/30 was so friendly and inviting! We plan to be back for a stay-cation soon due to our great experience. Thank you for your generous policies, they truly make you stand apart from the others!!!!

Kim was awesome, and so was Peggy. Our stay was the best; we really enjoyed the pool. We appreciate that they are pet-friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious , the lobby area was beautiul
