Avevamo prenotato una suite con camera e salotto, 3 mesi fa. Ieri hanno chiesto conferma ed oggi nuovamente conferma carta di credito. All'arrivo in hotel, ci hanno dato un monolocale. Abbiamo fatto notare che avevamo prenotato diversamente e ci è stato risposto che delle suite che ci interessavano, non ne avevano più... Tutte occupate! Abbiamo protestato ma alla fine abbiamo dovuto accettare un orribile monolocale, perché diversamente non sapevamo dove andare senza prenotazione! Mai più un Hilton! Sconsigliato!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel una sola notte, purtroppo! Camere grandi e spaziose come il bagno. Letti comodi e confortevoli . Tutto curato nei particolari con personale molto premuroso e attento . Uniche pecche il costo delle piadine e insalata alla lounge bar oltre il prezzo del parcheggio ben 30$ a notte .

I went for a girls trip and this is the most amazing hotel I have stayed in. From check-in to check-out the process was smooth and efficient. The staff here are the friendliest people and always trying to go out of their way to assist. The hotel itself is very clean and rooms are spacious. The location is excellent as it is only a few blocks from Broadway and if you don't want to walk, the golf cart is always available for not only drop off but pick-up as well. The food at the restaurant is amazing - especially the Picnic salad. This hotel resonated the friendly Nashville environment and I would recommend it to anyone going to visit this beautiful city!

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting from the Bellman outside the property. They have offsite parking and I was originally concerned about the check in process. ||However, the Bellman, Larson, loaded up our luggage and showed us where to check in. The front desk check-in was quick, efficient and friendly. ||Larsen took care of our luggage and brought it up to our rooms He definitely made our check-in process easy and stress free. He suggested a few places to eat and asked if he could help answer any questions or provide additional recommendations. ||The property is beautiful and centrally located. They also have a free shuttle that runs late into the evening so you don't have to find parking or worry about paying for an Uber.||The room and view were magnificent and the food was great! ||I highly recommend this property for both business and pleasure!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service here is immaculate. Each time I took a Lyft leaving or coming back to the hotel, there were gentleman always helping me out/in the car. Tommy was very helpful! The to service came every morning to tidy up the room. Leaving a 4-star because our room door didn’t have privacy as there was a big gap opening under the door. So you can hear everything going on. Luckily we weren’t near a busy hall, but that’s why I’m leaving a 4 star.

Chose this hotel due to location and value. It is about a 10 minute walk to 5th and Broadway where all the music venues are located. Also chose this hotel due to the Concierge Lounge, which turned out to be great for breakfast and a nice place to have a glass of wine in the evening. Kudos to young man who works the concierge lounge in the evening.||Hotel looks a little dated, like a converted embassy suites, but our room was very nice.||Front desk staff needs some improvement. Did not explain the daily credit (against food/beverage as well as gift shop) and as a result lost first days credit. Front desk staff not as friendly or attentive as other Marriott properties.||Valet parking staff (which is actually a 3rd party vendor) was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Maybe recruit them for front desk positions?

Just arrived and my experience so far has been exceptional. We were greeted by Jacob when we pulled up and he took care of us until we got to our room. Front desk receptionist was accommodating and very friendly. So far, we’ve had 5 star service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location to Printers Alley and Broadway. Farmers Market was easy walking distance and had delicious food and local artisans
