Very worn down and dirty all over the hotel and in my room. Even the walls had dirty spots that were very obvious. I should have taken pictures. There was a dehumidifier plugged in next to our room so there was probably mold. The stairwell on our floor and the parking garage elevator smelled like pot. Sketchy people hanging around. I never got in the shower the next morning because I didn’t know if it was clean. We left quickly the next morning. I understand why it was only $120 now.

We chose this hotel for the affordable price due to a last minute flight cancelation. My 4 friends and I (all females) felt very unsafe at this property due to its open parking garage and location. The first hotel room was very updated with a broken toilet (toilet lid was off and flush was not working). We were then transferred to another room which was dirty with stained curtains and towels, peeling walls, and dead bugs. There was a lingering mould smell in the hallway and it looked like the hotel and rooms had not been vacuumed in months. The breakfast was very limited - waffle maker with frozen breakfast sandwiches. There were no bowls for cereal. There was also limited condiments - no black pepper, ketchup or butter packets - just 1 communal butter container which is unsanitary. There was no airport shuttle service as advertised and no pool either. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay here and concerned for our health and well-being. We won’t be staying here again.

Hotel smelled old and musty. Every door to the rooms I saw was missing paint. Looks like dried blood on the wall by the window. In my room. When I reserved the room I asked if they were in walking distance to downtown Nashville and they said yes. Which is not true. Although they do offer a shuttle for ten dollars a person round trip. That was a very good deal and the shuttle service was very nice. Also the pool is not open . The one thing I was looking for when making a reservation. No one told me the pool was shut down when I made my reservation. I even asked about the pool when making my reservation. Did not feel very safe when walking around the hotel inside. The ice machine was broke on the 4th floor. Had to go to the first floor for ice. Do not recommend staying here. Staff did not seem to care about how I felt.

I enjoyed my stay here, rooms were clean, pool was clean and open, beautiful foyer with a nice clean smell. The rooms were better than expected considering there were a lot of negative reviews. Honestly it’s a great deal for the area. Just make sure you bring any valuables inside the hotel with you as there were a few break-ins. Breakfast was decent with sausage biscuits and honey buns, waffles etc. Just be there early enough to get some lol. It was good for us.

We were in a larger room which worked for my wheelchair until I went to brush my teeth and discovered the sink was stopped up! They moved us to another room that was small with a very very tiny bathroom! Absolutely impossible to get my wheelchair in there!! In fact when my daughter went in there she had to turn sideways to close the door & she's slim. I personally cleaned the bathroom walls since they were smeared with yuck!! Good thing I keep gloves and wipes on hand. The tub was grey with grime instead of white and clean! The breakfast area was mostly clean just not where you make waffles. I couldn't reach the cups for waffle batter. They had a sign stating biscuits and sausage biscuits for breakfast, but upon inquiring was told "Maybe tomorrow." We were only there for 1 night! The breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles as long as you watched them and didn't let them go until the machine beeped as they'd be so hard you couldn't eat them, and toast. My daughter went back to the room to eat her leftover Pizza Hut pizza instead. If that's the way Wyndham keeps their facilities a big NO THANKS!!!!! I can get better rooms for less at Motel 6!!! $125 for a room that was very narrow with a tiny tiny bathroom I had to clean myself and sort of a breakfast!! Definitely would not recommend it to anyone!! When I made the reservations I called the hotel to be sure I could get an ADA room. It sure wasn't!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!! The only good thing was the lobby was beautiful when you first enter. However, the ladies room had all kinds of water stains all over in it and every room had paint peeling off the doors and a drab concrete dark grey paint inside the rooms. Not at all welcoming. The hallway was nice and wide, though. That was nice. The staff getting ready to come on in the morning was helpful for the waffle maker. That's how I learned not to let it go until it beeps. Well that and my own experience with having kept it go that long prior to them telling me not to. Had to toss that waffle.
Overall I gave it a better rating than it deserved because the staff was nice.

This was a quick pass through road trip stop. The rooms are clean...but very dated. EVERYTHING needs to be upgraded. Swimming pool under renovation. Most doors need a new paint job. The Nashville murals in each room are beautiful. The rooms do not have carpet (which I prefer). Carpet in the corridors look nice on photos, but look tattered in person. Staff was friendly and accommodating. For the price...this is a great quick stop!

We stayed here while attending a nearby conference for work. I picked this hotel specifically because it was close to the conference and inexpensive.
Pros: Close to where my conference was being held, very cheap rate
Cons: Room was creepy/gross (mold on air conditioner, lamps missing bulbs, tv not hooked up, what appeared to be smoke damage on the ceiling, water came out GRAY from shower), staff was apathetic at best, security is not great.
The passenger side front window was busted out of our car while we were at our conference. Staff was not concerned at all. When we filed a police report, the police said this was VERY common at that location. Basically ruined our trip.

The pool being closed was a downside but we went to Wave Country and enjoyed ourselves. I had to come and edit my review. The room was nice but one of the counters had a side panel that needed to be repaired. We were in the 4th floor, it was quiet but the ice machine didn't work. I had to get replacement keys for us the 2nd night there because ours wasn't working. Not sure how or why that even had to happen.
