We visited this branch a few years ago - not a huge amount has changed, but that is no bad thing. If it's not broken, don't fix it!
The food was delicious and the portions were huge, the service was great and our server was helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The AC in the restaurant was hardcore: one system had previously failed and they installed temporary units. These were running alongside the main system which was now working. Florida summer heat was beaten into submission!
The shark themed cocktails were fun (and strong) and the kids enjoyed their meals too, although I should have gotten one plate for them to share!

Gister zijn wij met het gezin (man, vrouw en 2 dochters van 10 en 12) hier wezen eten. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en naar onze tafel geleid. Al redelijk vlot werd onze bestelling opgenomen en onze serveerster(Kaylette?) was erg enthousiast en zeer vriendelijk. Onze dochters merkten dit ook direct op en benoemden dit naar ons. Onze bestelling liet vrij lang op zich wachten en nog voordat wij hier wat van konden zeggen stonden de serveerster en de manager bij ons om te zeggen dat onze bestelling niet goed doorgekomen was en dat ze hem opnieuw op wilden nemen. Er werden excuses gemaakt en er werd spoed achter het voorgerecht gezet, deze zou niet in rekening gebracht worden. We ontvingen het vlot en konden vast genieten toen de manager kwam vertellen dat de rekening gehalveerd zou worden als compensatie voor het wachten. Uiterst klantvriendelijk (en wat ons betreft niet nodig, zoiets kan gebeuren) en alsof dat nog niet genoeg was mochten we ook nog een gratis desert uitkiezen van de kaart. Wauw!!! Zo zouden we het in Nederland nooit meemaken, dan had je gewoon pech gehad.
De manager en serveerster waren echt heel klantvriendelijk en wij helemaal blij verrast met de service.
Het is dat we maar een paar dagen in Naples zijn anders waren we hier zeker regelmatig teruggekomen?

Came here for my Birthday right when tropical storm Debby hit. They were closing early but we made it in with time to eat. Staff was great and the food was hot and cooked to order. The manager on duty was very nice and wished me a nice birthday. This place was clean and well maintained.

I haven't been to an outback in a long time but when I went there recently I noticed that nothing changed. The food is the same, the atmosphere and everything else is the same. Not a bad thing but obviously they are not keeping current. The food is very consistent and good for the price.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

My party of 4 made reservations we were sat at our table and waited 10 minutes for someone to come over and great us for drinks. She finally came waitress was nice but no where to be found throughout the night when we needed something. Then another 15 minutes to order our app and dinners! My father is a steak lover and he knows a good piece of meat. My father and boyfriend both got NY Strips, I got a filet with what I thought would be grilled shrimp! My boyfriend asked for medium rare it was rare and needed to be sent back! My shrimp wasn’t even cooked and drenched in seasoning. All three pieces of steak were dry, tasteless, veiny, and tough! We all asked for garlic butter and still awful! We would have sent all three back but obviously you go out to eat together not one by one sending your food back! The manager did replace my boyfriend’s undercooked steak and offered my father’s but again cooking bad meat again wouldn’t make a difference! All the meat was just awful! We have had outback before esp in CT and the food was great! Fl not so much! Then some got stomach sick and ended up in the restroom! The company needs to supply better quality meat! Maybe it’s lab grown from Bill Gates to save money! Just disgusting! The people who dropped off the food was asked to bring utensils and plates cause we never got them after our app came out and we waited one never brought plates so we started without them!

Went to this Outback for lunch while visiting Naples and we are happy we did. First of all the service we had received from our waiter was exceptional. The restaurant wasn't crowded since it was early which is good. The food was delicious!! Be sure to try out their "prime rib sandwich" it is mouthwatering and you'll love love love it
