Overall, I was really disappointed. Marriott is my favorite, but we were extremely misled and disappointed. We were in a wedding block, and they definitely acted like we did something wrong by being in the block. We didn’t even get a better price, they told us we couldn’t use M Club even though we had paid for it. When they finally did let us use M Club, at breakfast this man was very passive aggressive and got in my face about only letting 2 people per room come. We booked a room for 4, and were told m club is for the whole room. Then the hotel also flooded some rooms and we didn’t have water. The ice machine room smelled unbelievably mildewy. We went to the pool, and there were two people smoking weed in the hot tub, there were kids right there and the staff didn’t care at all. The room was nice though, and the room was clean. Overall, the people there were really not nice.

I’ve stayed at a many courtyards in my time and this location had an exceptional staff. Caden from the front desk was very kind and made the experience great. Along with Caden the bistro host Yolo was also wonderful and they both seem to really enjoy their job. The hotel is currently under construction and Caden apologized for any inconveniences but assured him that was not an issue. ||I shared my room with my mother and grandmother and we had plenty of space. Having 3 women in a room can be tough but this was not the case. ||The clean room and awesome staff are a great reflection of the Marriott brand the hiring staff at this location. I will definitely be staying again.

Parking was a bit crazy. They didn't have anything in the room to show you where the conference rooms were so we had to call the front desk. The room was clean and check-in and check-out was smooth.

I'll start with the check in, took way to long, they couldn't find the reservation and even showing the email did not make it any easier. The room ac did not work so... back down new key new room and room was nice. Went to breakfast the next morning and we were asked to leave because we were not members. As I went through the whole spill at check in on how we were members and how the card let us in. It was a shit show. Hard to get anyone to talk to, service was not great, the room had ac issues, the second room was nice. The issue at breakfast was avoidable. This issue would steer me away from Marriott at least in Orlando Lake Mary.

A very nice hotel, in a great location! The hotel was staffed with the most polite and professional staff, from reception to the maid staff (5-star staff). The rooms were well furnished with upscale finishes, and well stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. The grounds of the hotel are very well kept and designed in such a way that you can easily walk to several pubs and restaurants, or just walk around and sit on one of the many benches and listen to the birds or water fountain. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my anniversary. Kudos to the entire staff at this location! Marriot should have you visit some of their other locations and show them how it is done! ❤️

The hotel is in a good location with lots of things to do in the area. Travel times are nice and quick. However, the hotel staff at the front desk were hard to work with, as they messed up my pass to the club and put it on the wrong room. This mistake led to a staff member causing a big scene during breakfast and resulted in me being removed from the club room. Additionally, the club room did not have drinks or snacks like usual, and they also failed to provide me with towels for my stay.

Our work/vacation started here our first time being here. There was a kind bellman (Jay) who smiled and welcomed my family outside front. My assistant reserved this hotel not expecting anything special, he (Jay) was so accommodating, I called my assistant asking her if this was a luxury resort because of this man's personal care for my family. Yes, he took our luggage to our rooms, he also printed out directions, reserved local restaurants, recommended family entertainment, said hello every morning and during the week transported me to my business office. We had wonderful encouraging conversations.
I was so impressed, I offered him to come work for me.

Amazing experience. Fresh food. VIP lounge had snacks on the go 24/7. The driver was absolutely amazing. Looked after us giving us tips of places to go and making sure we returned back to the hotel.
