Miriam did an amazing job taking of us. The food and service was stellar!! The meeting rooms were large and comfortable. The temperature was great not too warm not too cool. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks were delicious! Perfect location to walk to many local restaurants and sites. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable. Nate was great! We stay at this Marriott every time we are in Nashville. It was Homecoming weekend at Vanderbilt, so it was amazingly crowded, but the staff handled it very well. I would recommend it anytime.

The hotel was lovely, clean and conveniently located. Staff was very friendly. The air conditioner in our room either didn’t work or was just really bad. It was miserably hot. Also whatever was above use was what sounded like scooting chairs on linoleum flooring until like 1:30am. And you could hear through the walls. Other than that it wasn’t bad. They have a beautiful lounge as well.

We had no soap the entire time we were there even after asking for it. Several members of the staff were just plain ole rude! It’s over priced for the quality it truly is! Not really a four star! That’s a joke. The outside bar tender was nice …. We never were able to sit inside or get something to eat. Overpriced drinks! $20 for an ole fashioned! Never going back!

No option to self park, it's $50 a day to valet, and that's your only option. Not a fan.

Hot water didn't work, and the TV was broken. Really didn't love that after travelling all day.

Front desk was nice in person, but I was double charged for parking, and I've been hung up on 4 times while trying to call and get a receipt that was supposed to be sent to me at check out.

The room is nice, but all this hassle when there are a lot of other options is tough.

Pros then cons. The room itself was fine, the bed was comfy. A couple of the ladies that stocked the M Lounge were extremely pleasant, as were the front desk. There is a super convenient complimentary shuttle that takes you anywhere within two miles and will pick you up. The gym was very nice.

However, there is construction right next door, and like clockwork they were banging stuff at 5 am. The offerings at night in the m lounge are just pre frozen fried foods, egg rolls and the like. They ran out of breakfast one morning 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Then, I asked about having a type of tea and was told if it wasn't in the cabinet they don't have it. Then I looked in the cabinet and was told I wasn't allowed to look in the cabinet. Very bizarre way to treat guests. Also super expensive for what is offered. $50 parking is the only available parking.

I would look elsewhere if given the opportunity.

I was part of a meeting team working a conference at the Vanderbilt Marriott. Mariam, Heba, and Aymen, the banquet staff, all were very professional and outstanding! I feel they deserve a promotion and a raise. Would definitely work with them again.

A bit out of downtown but good for the price. I’m Gold but I was upgraded to a club with Lounge Access and a nice view. The service team is very professional and friendly. All requests were quickly delivered.
