Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La richiesta dei piani alti è stata esaudita, peccato che eravamo a picco proprio sopra una ventola gigante dell'aria condizionata che faceva un rumore assordante. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. La colazione era buona. La posizione è strategica, vicino a diversi ristoranti oltre che alla Galleria.

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place Galleria! The front desk lady was absolutely awesome, super helpful and welcoming. The valet guy was friendly and quick, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, the hotel was peaceful, and the complementary breakfast was both delicious and satisfying. Highly recommend this place

We were going on a family cruise and stopped by Houston for few days. The Hyatt Place Galleria was a great centralized location. We even walked to many of the places around including the Water Wall and The Galleria. Chelsea pre-arranged the rooms for our family and Arianna delivered the welcome amenity and checked us in. The personalized touch was the tea kettle for the family. We even got a personalized welcome card from Queenie. Abdul at the valet was super friendly and accommodated our in and out needs. All the attention to detail and going above and beyond from the staff at this hotel was well noticed and appreciated. Not to mention the daily complimentary breakfast and I got to capture a time lapse of the beautiful sunset!

We've stayed at this hotel many times now but this particular stay was outstanding and all due to the wonderful service we received from Arianna, at reception. We arrived early and she was kind enough to get us into a room right away. Then she went out of her way to change us to the type of room that we preferred. And she did all of this with a smile. Arianna was friendly, polite, very professional and a huge asset to the Hyatt Hotel. Thank you Arianna for making our stay perfect in every way. We appreciate all that you do!

We had excellent services during our 2-night stay at Hyatt Place Houston Galleria and thanks to the help with Queenie.

We came very late due to our flight and arrived the hotel at 3 am. We thought there may not be anybody at this late midnight.

Instead, we got very smooth valet parking right away at our arrival and got our room well prepared.

They’ve set up our sofa bed so well that our exhausted kids fall asleep right away without having us to do anything.

Queenie has also wrote a message for all her restaurants recommendations as we asked earlier at the room for us.

It’s so much help for us and so detailed preparations for our stay. We look forward to coming back again.

The room was neat and clean. And quite big for a std room.

I stayed here for almost a week. They serve breakfast. Unfortunately the menu always the same.. i suggest they should try new menu at least change every 2.days! So boring

The cleaning service only clean the bed and bath room. However the used glassess, still on the table not washed.
Overall. I give 4 stars to this hotel, due to the area near galleria..at least we still can have a walk around
