5. Great hair dryer. Not one of those little crappy ones.

7. could use some bleach in showers and finger prints were on doors. Also night stands had rings
8. Rooms were way to warm. Guests need to have better control of heat and AC.

Stayed at this hotel when attending a conference. It is a good hotel with an excellent location. Good sized rooms too. Didn't use the pool but it seemed to be in shade for much of the day. ||Service at the restaurant on the ground floor was slow at breakfast time though and I would suggest this be improved. Staff generally friendly though.

Bed was very comfortable and we loved the location. Within easy walk to all the fun things Nashville had to offer yet not in the middle of it all with some quietness. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend

Came to Nashville to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday with friends and family. The location of this hotel was great - easy walk to Broadway, restaurants and other attractions. Hotel was very clean and customer service was amazing. Daily happy hour at the bar was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall this hotel was fine, but at $450 a night (conferences were in town) it did not meet expectations.

At 11pm on my first night, the intercom in my room came on and someone said "code one drill complete". It was incredibly creepy and entirely unacceptable.

The shower was fine, but not particularly nice. If one thing in room should be upgraded, it should be this.

I found the room spacious and comfortable, albeit loud until 11pm my second night as the hotel is very close to an outdoor concert venue.

The gym is incredible and massive. I was excited they had Peloton bikes and brought my cycling shoes for my Peloton, however the pedals they have installed have no clips. I found the pedals to be particularly dangerous, especially with the speed required in some of the classes on the bike's software as my feet kept slipping out of the stirrups.

I would stay again, but for no more than $300 per night *maximum*. Note that this review is written from the perspective of what I expect from a hotel in the $450/night bracket.

I came for a three day, mini girls trip and let me tell you, this is one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. The location is less than a five minute walk to broadway. The rooms were clean, trendy, and the beds were so plushy and wonderful. The staff was incredibly professional and kind, especially the front desk! If you stay here, definitely try Ella’s. The food there was immaculate and it was devoured in the plushy bed while wearing a complimentary robe.
The front desk also let us check in early and store our luggage there on check out day, so we could walk down the street and get some last minute souvenirs. Overall i adored this place and wish i could’ve stayed forever!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice recently just because of the location. Unfortunately, last weekend I forgot to grab my jackets out of the closet. When I called the front desk the person I spoke to was very condescending and rambled off a website that I had to file a claim with. I was obviously bothering him by calling to retrieve left items. No surprise that I immediately got an email back that my two jackets were not found. We paid $800 a night just to have the staff steal our belongings and be agitated that I called to ask about them. However, we stayed at the Tempo last night and it was an entirely different experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bigger rooms, half the price, and no attitude.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very stylish and updated. The beds and pillows were probably the comfiest I’ve ever experienced while staying in a hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We received daily house keeping which is rare to find! Plenty of towels. The gym was clean and had nice touches including complimentary water, headphones and towels. The hotel is within walking distance to the honky tonk and country music hall of fame, but far enough away that you get a quiet night of rest. Would highly recommend staying here.
