Great hotel, super friendly reception staff. Watch out for the parking fees though: as other reviews have pointed out the valet just hops in your car as you unpack and drives it off. I’ve never actually used valet parking ever and just assumed it was a perk of the hotel. We were charged a fee on check out, but it was deducted when we queried it and pointed out that we weren’t told about the fee. Very comfortable hotel and would highly recommend if visiting Chattanooga.

We were initially attracted to this hotel by its beautifully renovated pictures. Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to the polished images. The room's air conditioning was outdated, incredibly loud, and had to run continuously to maintain a bearable temperature. Despite the heat, we found ourselves turning it off at night due to the noise, which severely impacted our sleep quality. Additionally, the toilet flush was extremely loud, reminiscent of an airplane's flush, which was quite disruptive.

On a positive note, the staff at the front desk and the valet parking attendants were exceptionally courteous and helpful, which was a highlight in our otherwise challenging experience.

For those who prioritize a good night's sleep, I would recommend reconsidering this hotel. The noisy appliances in the room significantly detract from the overall comfort and restfulness of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant inside had good, great truffle fries. The customer service was great. We initially had a room with a broken refrigerator and AC unit and they switched with no problems. Its in a decent area so you can walk to places downtown. I would return next time we are in town.

On arrival valet staff was timely and courteous. We were greeted promptly for check in and quickly had our room. Rooms were new, clean and large for a downtown hotel. Outdoor area was perfect with a putting green in a park like atmosphere. We will be back. Thanks Indigo!

We stayed here for a regatta weekend and it was a great location as we could walk to so much stuff nearby. The AC in the room is a bit noisy and wasn’t always the most effective. But otherwise we really enjoy our stay here. Everyone was really nice here.

I would like to start by saying I’ve never written a review before but I would never recommend someone staying at this hotel. Our rooms ac didn’t work, our shower door was broken, the walls are paper thin my wife and I didn’t get any sleep our neighbors kept slamming the door and we could even hear their toilet flushing. We could hear the upstairs and downstairs neighbors both. You have to valet your car which they don’t tell you and you have to pay for. I got charged an extra $50 in random fees added on after our stay. Also my card stopped working to let me into my room. They tried to make us leave before our checkout time. Don’t waste your money and look for any other hotel downtown.

We’ve been coming to Chattanooga with the kids for many years, and specifically Hotel Indigo has always made it an easy decision to keep coming back. It seems like every stay is better than the last. We checked in yesterday and it was a very hot day. We were kindly greeted by Maya and Nick. We asked for roll away bed for our teenager and instead of charging us for the roll away bed (which would have been totally fine with us) Maya upgraded our room to a King Suite for us at no charge, this included a pullout sofa bed and private king room. This simple act of kindness made our stay so much better and really affirmed that this is the only hotel we need to consider when coming to Chattanooga. Other considerations during our stay- room cleanliness, comfortable bed, amazing showers, great quality soap, amazing & convenient location and most importantly - pet friendly. The General Manager here has an exceptional staff and I’m sure he knows it. We will always be back to stay at Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga!

We stayed at Hotel Indigo Chattanooga over Labor Day weekend. Lobby was clean and inviting. Everyone at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Kelly was knowledgeable on the area and recommended some great eateries. We had a late night snack in their restaurant and the food was delicious.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. Nice walkin shower in the bathroom. Be careful of the toilets. They have a super flush and are quick and loud! Room came with refrigerator and Keurig machine with assorted pods. I like how the mattress had a zippered protector on it! Mattress was also very comfortable as were the pillows. Had a good night sleep all three nights. I heard no noise from either next door neighbors or upstairs neighbors my whole time there. The air conditioner was a little loud but that did no detract from sleep or being in the room during down time.

Hotel is a quick walk from eateries and entertainment. Valet was good for the most part. At some points it was backed up but they quickly resolved it.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Chattanooga area!
