Abbiamo prenotato una camera da letto,con salotto separato(suitte delux con camera da letto), ci siamo ritrovati con un monolocale,zero vista poiché la camera si trova al piano terra.Senza nessuna soluzione per risolvere il problema se non uno sconticino sul prezzo.pessimi.sconsiglio

Le camere sono degli studio con cucinetta, molto spaziose..letti super confortevoli , nessuna vista perché non ha molti piani...tranquillo e molto centrale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla broadway dove ogni sera ci sono concerti live stupendi! Ottima colazione con di tutto e di più waffles, muffin, frutta, bacon and eggs, ne uscirete sazi fino al pomeriggio!! Personale molto gentile e amichevole sempre disponibile

Nice hotel. Looks like a refurbished and updated interior. They had a social the evening we were there which was very cool to participate it. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were good. Location of course was good, walking distance to a lot of downtown attractions including Broadway.

From start to finish it was a great experience at this hotel. We arrived at 10:00 am and the manager was checking us in. He found us a room right away (amazing thank you) and got us checked in quick so we could go explore Nashville for the first time. We went up to the room and it was huge and very clean. We enjoyed the day and night and went back for a sleep the bed was awesome and the room was very quiet.

We left a pair of women's boots in the room and reported it to the hotel the same afternoon as checkout. After a text runaround and being promised follow up with a manager only to then be directed to report it via some website of theirs, we were finally able to get a manager via phone 8 days later. Guess what, "housekeeping didn't find anything". Which means they stole them as they were 100% left in that room. Absent that, it's a mediocre run hotel in a decent location close to Broadway and Printers Alley.

William in Valet was great. Beds were comfy. Great location and within walking distance to broadway. There’s a nice coffee bar that offers breakfast and lunch items and great lattes. We had a great time and will stay here again when we come back.

The hotel was great. Very close to the action on Broadway. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Includes free hot breakfast each day, which was well stocked (hot eggs, meat and potatoes), waffle station, cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads, etc. Staff was super friendly, great experience overall
The rooms need in-room safes.

Location is fantastic! Within walking distance to everything!
The building itself is very charming: renovated from a 1920s office building beautiful atrium lobby.
Love the suite layout of the rooms
