I went with my son and stayed for 1 night and was very impressed on how clean the room was, everything was restocked. This hotel overall gets a 100 from me on cleanliness! But the best part was how nice the staff was, specially Kenya at the front desk. After we checked out I dropped my son off at his event and I had to work so I stayed in the lobby for a few hours. Kenya came by to check on me, asked me if there was anything I needed and even offered me some water. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Pi worked the front desk during my visit. Pi is very professional and displays the epitome of excellent customer service.||I had to leave a review to acknowledge her hard work.||She is always smiling and present and PROFESSIONAL.||She assisted me with WiFi and room keys.||Please give her the credit she deserves. Good employees deserve to be recognized.||She made our stay pleasant and comfortable.||Thanks to all the service members for their dedication to great customer service and hard work. It makes a difference!

We were very impress with this hotel and staff. Especially PI she was amazing and so professional. Stephanie and the manager of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are super clean and are very comfortable plus spacious. They all went way beyond for us to meet all our needs. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Deland, FL. Thank you all for what you do it doesn't get unnoticed. We appreciate it. PI keep up the great work.

Positive: Rooms were very clean. Negative: Management was a little rude. Hotel does not have back up generators to keep power during a power outage.

Staff was extremely rude, General manager Kristi Townsend was absolutely the opposite of helpful, even instigated the situation worse. Food was bland and overall as a Diamond Elite rewards member I will never stay at this hotel.

Location is great it’s close to everything. For the most part staff was great except the African guy that works the overnight shift… he was extremely lazy and misinformed. The rest of the staff though was great! Rooms stayed clean towels were always stocked and they were very accommodating to the trailer and bikes since I visited during bike week.

Breakfast lacked most of the time I was there though which was a bummer.

I stayed here from 9/20/24 to 9/22/24. The front staff were very friendly. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was very friendly and the area was clean as was my very large room.

Super great place . The staff. Breakfast. Location . Super clean . Safe. Pie and kenya great front desk girls. Good hospitality. Will definitely come again ?
