Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn at Daytona Beach was a fantastic experience! From start to finish, we enjoyed every minute. Our room on the eighth floor came with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. We left the balcony door open at night and drifted off to sleep with the soothing sound of the waves—a truly relaxing touch.

The front desk staff, especially Samuel, was exceptionally kind and professional, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Parking was convenient, with plenty of on-site spaces around the hotel.

As Diamond members, we received a $20 food and beverage credit, which we used for the breakfast buffet at $15 per person. The buffet offered high-quality hot and cold options with a variety of drinks, and our friendly waitress made the experience even better.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend Hilton Garden Inn Daytona Beach to others. We look forward to coming back!

We came into town with a reservation at the Comfort Inn, which was closed due to the hurricane, but no one had informed us. We walked in the Hilton Garden Inn, Daytona Beach oceanfront, and met the front desk person Kaiti. She was absolutely fantastic, hooked us up with an oceanfront room with a beautiful view and a good rate for 4 night. Claudia, our housekeeper during our stay was the most positive friendly proud of her job person I’ve ever met. They both made us feel welcome, taken care of and that we mattered. Will definitely come back here and will recommend this hotel to anyone who asked

Ava for check in last night was absolutely delightful and set a great tone for our stay! She was kind, professional and fun! Best front desk staff I've encountered. The view was wonderful! The room was SO clean and I really felt comfortable with it-- AC was good, tv worked, shower was wonderful! Parking was on site and super easy and abundant. Great experience, would absolutely recommend and come back.

Loving my stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn Daytona Beach Oceanfront. My friend and I drove up here for the weekend from Orlando to celebrate my birthday and we’ve had an amazing time. Great hotel and super friendly staff. BIG SHOUT OUT TO RALSTON in the hotel restaurant! That steak was fire!!! I would come back for this any day. Last night we chose to eat out, and I literally ordered a $50 steak at the Hard Rock Hotel down the street (over twice as much $) - not impressed. Ralston’s dish was a million times better and I’m super happy we stayed in tonight and dined here at the hotel. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Booked reservation well in advance prior to Hurricane Helene and made a special request to be placed on top floor (8th), due to having bad PTSD and loud noises from above will cause triggering seizures. Reservations advised they would notate the reservation and that the request was very reasonable and should not be any issue to be met, Especially since this was due to a medical request.||In addition, as requested through reservations, I even did my due diligence to call the Hotel direct the day before checking into this property to assure that I would be assigned a room on the upper floor, and explained that there should be notes on the reservation stating the reason for the request and Again, I was assured that it could be met. ||Using the digital app to check in early the morning of the day of check-in, I received notification through the app that my room was ready at 12:07 pm and I clicked on the digital key, and it showed me the room number I was assigned to which was on the seventh floor. I then contacted the hotel direct in route to the property to inquire to why I was not on the eighth floor. The general manager is who answered the phone and was very rude and advised that there were no rooms available on the eighth floor, therefore I was placed on the seventh floor. I then advised her that I had a special needs request and was assured that it could be met and explain my reasoning for the request which she never made any apologies whatsoever that the request could not be granted.||After driving 12 hours and arriving to the property around 5:30 PM that evening, and I went to click on the digital key for the room number on the 7th floor, it had been changed to the fifth floor. ||I inquired again to the hotel to ask why the room number had yet changed again, even though I had already checked in early and been assigned a room number and the key. I again was greeted with attitude and was advised that the emergency workers that was in the area decided to extend their stay and the room on the seventh floor was no longer available. When I inquired to how that could be possible to be assigned, not only the room number, but the key to the room if someone was still occupying it, there was no explanation provided. ||And in addition to all of the above, I was double charged for my stay, and when I contacted the hotel again regarding, and spoke to the same general manager, I was advised to dispute it with my credit card company and told that they knew that they had a glitch in their system and they did not know when it could be fixed! ||Since this trip was for my government job, I have notified my government agency of the treatment that I received from this property and it’s Manager and recommend that this property be removed from our listing for our government employees to stay while in this area.

My wife and I ended up at this hotel during an evacuation from Hurricane Helene . We found it to be clean, modern and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and in a great location; near restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. ||More importantly, the staff was fantastic. The front desk staff of Rick, Samuel and Katie were always very friendly, greeting us with smiles and warm words. They exemplified the Hilton Standard. ||Shirley and Myrtle, who served us breakfast each morning and were true professionals, in every sense of the work!!||So, in conclusion, while the hotel was everything that you would expect from the Hilton brand, it was the people who work there that make it outstanding.

Staff is amazing. Great reach other like a family and their guests too. Teach the bartender was awesome. So friendly. Makes duende with everyone. Recommended the best food. It drinks were fantastic. She is top notch. We highly recommend this place and having drinks and dinner in the hotel.
