Hotel veramente bello a Nashville. Stanze ampie, dotate di tanti confort (frigobar vuoto), ampi spazi anche nella hall e staff gentile e disponibile.
Sono presenti vari bar e ristoranti nella struttura, vi consiglio di cenare al Grange.
Posizione ottima, all’inizio della Broadway, in 5 minuti raggiungerete la parte della Broadway con tutti i locali pieni di musica dal vivo che vi allieteranno le serate.

We had a fantastic experience at the Grand Hyatt Nashville! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Caleb at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that our group, celebrating both a birthday and an anniversary, had an unforgettable stay. With four rooms to manage, Caleb’s attention to detail and kindness truly stood out.

A special thank you for the thoughtful room upgrade—it was a wonderful surprise and made our celebration feel even more special. The accommodations were luxurious, with stunning views of the city and every comfort we could have hoped for.

Long story short, there are other hotels in the area - book ahead or regret staying here.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location, and I will not stay here again, or at a Grand Hyatt. I also will not recommend it to colleagues even with the proximity to the office building (plenty of hotels in the area and safe to walk in my experience).

On the first visit, I was checked into a room that had someone occupying it. I have never had a more mortifying experience in my life. Then, they said they would contact me when my room was ready. They didn’t contact me. Then, there were multiple issues activating the room key and me having to walk back and forth with my luggage to get it activated. I swore off this location after that experience, and I stayed at a different hotel when I returned to Nashville. This was a good decision.

I decided to give it another try after a few months since the other hotel was not available, and unfortunately, it has been another poor experience. From the loud train noise to no accommodation, there is a lack of hospitality.

The people at the front desk are very polite, and will tell you that they will text you if something is available. But to date I have not received a single communication from them. I understand this is a nice and busy location, but after these back to back experiences, it’s difficult to trust this location, and Grand Hyatt as a whole.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and gorgeous hotel. We were able to check in early and our room was very clean. The valet service was fast and had our vehicle available as soon as we needed it. You couldn’t beat the location and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful responsive staff. Very friendly, genuine. Room exceeded my expectations and the view from the 14th floor was good. I would recommend! Very close walk to lower Broadway…about 5-7 minutes. Lobby was nice, clean, and spacious. Will consider this location first when I return.

The Hotel is a whole experience. From The valet, bellman, reception and to the waitresses at the Lou/were phenomenal. When we stay in Nashville it’s always the Grand Hyatt. When you enter the hotel it smells so pleasant not overbearing. The room was so clean. Everyone was well dressed and groomed. They were polite. There were a lot of people to check in upon our arrival Saturday 9-21 But the check in process was fast and flawless.

Room was very clean and comfortable. This was my first trip to Nashville and I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The meeting rooms were easily accessible and easy to find. The conference set up was nice and comfortable. I totally enjoyed the experience.

Check in was interesting with the front desk girl barely speaking English and loud music playing so couldn't hear what she did explain to us. Our rooms TV didn't work, shower pressure was non-existant, the elevators were slow and complicated and the view was on train tracks. Besides all that the service was very very good for our conference food was great and organized very well. The spa was extremely nice but crazy over priced. Finally the pool and gym were amazing with a great view at both and those amenities were well maintained.
