Celebrated my 62nd birthday there today. It was my first time having beignets and they were so delicious. Also had the pork chop with mashed potatoes(Again delicious). There were eight people in my group and everyone raved about how good the food was. And the staff/waitress were very hospitable. They even came out with the assistant manager and saying happy birthday to me. See you again soon

Mason is the best server I've seen in Abilene in a long time. He is very knowledgeable and full of energy which made my experience that much more wonderful. All the food was AMAZING and loved the atmosphere. Definitely going back soon.

Wonderful experience for brunch at the Cork &Pig. From the start, the hostess service was friendly and inviting. Then Mason, our server was incredible. On point with the knowledge of the menu and individual items. Very attentive even with the numerous tables he serviced. The food was so delicious! The Huevos Rancheros and Biacuita and gravy were delicious! Will be back!!

This place is an absolute treasure! Our server, Mason, was delightful and eager to make sure we had a fabulous time. We had brunch and enjoyed the deviled eggs and Huevos Rancheros. We splurged on key lime pie and Mexican chocolate cake. Both were insanely delicious and too large for one person to eat! Next time, we will come back to try the dinner menu and cocktails. Thanks for a fabulous meal.

PSA: get the crispy chicken sandwich, you'll thank yourself later. It was surprisingly tasty and completely unexpected. All the food we ate was well-balanced and had a great variety of textures. The presentation was thoughtful and made the eating experience better.

I ordered the humble chicken sandwich thinking it would be accompanied with a piece of lettuce and maybe some tomato, but what I received surpassed my expectations. A fresh, crisp, slaw was the topping I didn't know I needed on my chicken sandwiches. And the poppy seed bun? Delicious. This sandwich appeals to picky eaters and foodies alike.

Our server, Nicole, was professional, kind and provided wonderful service! We couldn't be happier with our visit to Cork and Pig Tavern and look forward to coming back!

I have celiac disease and eating out can be terrifying, but Bailey was SO reassuring and made me feel confident in my choices. She was very knowledgeable and returned when she learned I couldn't have the blackened fish tacos, but the cook was going to grill them plain instead.

My dad and I ordered for the fish tacos with squash side, and Dad had their key lime pie. The merengue is whipped fresh, and the whole meal smelled heavenly.

I highly recommend this place!

Loved Cork and Pig! Great food, service and the whole location was great. We had the tuna salad and French dip. Both were delicious.

The venue, Allen Ridge, was great. We have two young kids and they were able to play within sight of the patio seating.
