Really loved this experience. It started off great at checkin. Robin really went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome. Every staff member was hospitality focused. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Internet was great. And the location is super convenient for events at the Music City Center.

Fantastic rooftop bar experience! Great atmosphere and fantastic views from the outdoor deck. The drinks were delicious especially the Honey Mango French 75. Youssef mixed up some great drinks and provided fantastic service. Would definitely recommend giving it a shot!

The concierge met us when we arrived (early!) and helped us check in (5 hrs before check in!) and had a room ready for us. I had our multi-night stay on separate reservations due to booking restrictions, but the staff accommodated us to link them all together so we wouldn’t have to switch rooms mid-stay. Clean, lovely rooms - live music at the bar, highly recommend!

Right in the heart of Nashville, was hosted for business and was an absolutely wonderful stay. Took my party a moment to get used to where to go and how to get to where we needed, but after a day of exploring we were masters of the AC. Staff were friendly and accommodating, location was prime and a short walk from all activities and popular attractions, and the pool was elegant! My favorite place was the Rooftop Bar on the 21st floor; stunning views and a great bar selection. Going to be keeping this in mind next time I'm planning a trip to Nashville!

One of the better espresso martinis I’ve had thanks to Celeste. She made it a wonderful experience alongside a fabulous drink !! Yousef brought in the spirit with Celeste on the experience. Live music will never disappoint !!!!! Everything all in all was exceptional.

The room was clean and the hotel is in a good location, but i wasn’t the happiest with the front desk staff. I saw corporate greed and price gouging play out over this past weekend at this hotel. It’s a 3 star hotel but yet they were a bit on the pricey side which was fine until I asked for a late check out and they wanted to charge me an extra 50 dollars! The guy at the front desk was very nice nasty about it as well which I didn’t particularly like. I’ve NEVER had to pay for late check out at any hotel, let alone a 3 star AC! Seems like they need some humility. Then they charged 55 bucks for parking and their little rinky dink breakfast which we didn’t get. So essentially we paid over $300 dollars for one night. Corporate greed at its finest. I’ve stayed in better hotels for LESS!

This hotel made a great first impression with its beautiful appearance. The pool is a good length and depth at 4 feet, which is impressive for Nashville along with the rooms being very clean , and its location of course!!

While the night staff provided excellent service, the daytime service left much to be desired. The office manager, Carolina Rodriguez, communicated poorly and neglected our needs as guests.

On July 1st, we had a wonderful stay and decided to extend it. Despite providing all the necessary information, Ms. Rodriguez changed our rate, insisting it should have been corrected the night before. This issue should have been addressed with the night staff, not us. This inconvenience has left a negative impression on us regarding future bookings.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I've never encountered a situation like this. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I understand the importance of accommodating customer needs.

The hotel itself is really nice, but I hope they improve their management's approach to guest service.
