Aire Serv was WONDERFUL!! we called and got a same day appointment, Kyle Saunders was our technician and he was beyond amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, kind and very professional. He was able to get us the help we needed and answered all of our questions and even taught us a few things! We appreciated it so much! 10 out of 10 highly recommend Aire Serv and Kyle!!

I was scheduled for a check- up on my ac system. The company sent Ryan Nelson and Jeremy to take care of me. These guys were very professional and friendly. They were very thorough in checking my system. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Granbury!! Of course, I will use again! Thanks guys.

We have been clients of Aire Serv since 2022 when they replaced our outdated and worn-down unit in our home. We recently had a routine maintenance appointment with Parker Hallmark. He was respectful and polite throughout the entire appointment, even going so far as to put on shoe covers prior to entering my home. After everything was complete, he spoke to my husband and me in detail regarding the process he went through to analyze the unit and the pictures that he took of everything. He was willing to answer all of our questions and did not appear to be put off when I had more and more questions. During this visit, we did have a small repair completed. After authorizing Parker to complete the repair he was able to fix everything in record time. This is the second time that Parker has been at my home and it is nice to see return faces that we can obtain rapport with.

Have used AireServ since living in Granbury and would not use anyone else!!! Ryan Nelson is awesome! He has serviced our home a couple of times and is so friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable about our system. He gives us recommendations but is never pushy about try to up sale, he even asked if he could help carry in our firewood! AireServ is the BEST around!!

Aire Serv was very responsive and quick to get a technician out to our home. Kyle performed the initial assessment and was able to find the issue quickly and follow up with ordering a new coil and getting it replaced in short order. Aire Serv is our AC vendor going forward! Awesome job Kyle!

Parker and Kaleb came out and were very thorough and made sure to get everything up to par. Parker was very clear and explained everything great. The office staff , Kelsie and Jenna are absolutely fantastic, along side the rest of the Aire Serv team. Customer service is excellent.

I just had my central heat and air replaced by Aire Serve. My experience was great. Jenna was great and professional on the phone. Kaleb and Tanner were my service technicians. They and their crew members did a great job and were in and out in one day leaving no mess behind. I would highly recommend this company!

Incredible service from Jenna who took my call to Kyle Saunders, the technician who serviced my a/c. A company who puts the customer first for once!! Kyle did outstanding work and was honest about everything he found - most from past companies short-cuts. I highly recommend AIRESERVE Granbury!
