Booked a room for one night for a very early morning flight. Reservation and check-in process was fine. Asked if an upgraded room was available, and was happy to have the upgrade confirmed. Upon entering the room, noticed the sitting area did not have a TV, although the plugs and cables were located for one. Just a big empty space where a TV should be. Mentioned it at the front desk and the employee seemed well aware and yet had not disclosed this information at check-in or when accommodating the upgrade request. It may seem immaterial, but it is a desirable feature to have a TV in the main seating area vs only in front of the bed in a separate room, and the missing equipment should have been disclosed. Had I been paying for a suite, this would have been a more significant issue, but since it was an upgrade, I didn't ask for a different room. Although the overall available space is larger, the seating area is significantly less useful without a TV, and the room should not be rented with missing equipment.

Don’t stay at this hotel! We stayed one night, and was told check out is at noon. I’m a Diamond Elite with IHG, and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 2024! At 10:00 am while we were still in the room, an employee walked in our room without knocking. The employee didn’t speak English, he went into the bathroom and bedroom to retrieve used towels and sheets. I informed front desk on Sunday upon check out to have manager of hotel to call me. I called Monday and left another message, and has of Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 6:00 pm, received no call! Also the female at front desk on Sunday morning, was rude, and very unprofessional. She treated us like trash and not what I expected from IHG property! I wasn’t going to post a review, or file a complaint with IHG, but to the General Manager you must don’t care! Stay away from this location and I don’t recommend!

Would like to thank the lovely ladies at the check-in counter for helping my husband and I when our flight home was delayed at the airport and we were provided these accommodations. They were so helpful and accommodating with late checkout, the free shuttle and suggesting a great place for breakfast. We were not in the best mood as we just wanted to get home. The hotel bed was also very comfy. I would recommend this hotel when needed. Thank you again.

Great hotel, well maintained and good overall service (Bonus Points for the Bartender).

My only complaint is that the lobby could not keep up with the summer heat and event crowd.

I can't begin to say anything about my stay. I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair. I asked for a handicapped room. The only thing they did that they thought made a room handicapped is put in grap bars. Yet the toilet was so low I couldn't get off without help from my husband. This issue caused severe pain in my back. I ended up in the ER every day to get morphine to help get my pain manageable
I was there for a conference. I was unable to attend due to the pain.
When we called the front desk, they had nothing to say about it. My bill for a 4 night stay was $1227.91.

Nice, clean rooms. Great a/c!! The room is a nice size. The beds are super comfy!The only drawback was the shower. I'm not sure what was going on with the shower head, but the water was going all directions but down. Even out of the shower.
The best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a very long time!! Fresh cut fruit, 2 kinds of REAL eggs, REAL BACON & SAUSAGE, oatmeal, yougart, french toast, mini waffles, and fried potatoes. (+more) And really good coffee!

This was the worst experience I have had in some time. I waited over an hour for the shuttle from the airport. I had multiple conversations with Rafael who told me it was there and it will be this time or that.
When I finally made it, I was assigned to a room that had someone in it. Go get another room and the next one had very wet carpet and strong chemical smell. Third time finally a room to stay in. Last night of the stay, the room key did not work.
Throughout the entire time, not once did I get an apology or offer to compensate me for my troubles.
